Things I’m Thankful For

Happy Wednesday, folks! It’s a gorgeous day- Trump is still in power, both the elephants AND net neutrality are about to be killed off (thanks Trump), 2017 has officially been the deadliest year for the trans community, MORE men are being accused of sexual assault (are you even surprised, though?), and Blake Shelton (are you kidding me) was voted People’s “Sexiest Man”. This is Trump’s America.  GUYS AND GALS, us liberal millennials need to unite!! If you’re not a generally open-minded human, then I honestly have no idea what you’re doing here. Anyways, with this whole world being a formidable mess, it might seem a bit difficult to identify the good around us, and find things to be truly thankful for. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, I’ve compiled a list of various things that we should be grateful for. It’s the little things that matter, right?

Julia’s Official List of Good Things to Be Thankful For:

Ice cream- specifically Ben and Jerry’s Cherry Garcia

Kylie’s baby bump has yet to publicly emerge (although Kim may have hinted at confirmation of her pregnancy- will Kylie’s show turn into a more tasteful Teen Mom??)

Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber are back together (proof that true love always wins)

@bunnyrabitry on Instagram (because who doesn’t love baby bunnies?)

 Millie Bobby Brown

 Zendaya

The fact that America has a holiday dedicated to consuming an obscene amount of mashed potatoes and other carbohydrates

 Carbohydrates

It’s the season to binge-watch Hallmark’s Christmas movies (the least thought-provoking and most predictable films ever, with mediocre acting by Candace Cameron Bure)

Gay marriage was officially legalized in Australia (sorry Candace Cameron, but Jesus loves the gays too!!)

 Coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee, coffee

This video, and all of the other videos on this channel (perfect if you’re looking to get your faith in humanity restored)

Friends, boyfriends, and finding great pieces at vintage clothing stores

Embrace Your Misfit Soul,
