Hello all! It’s the weekend, which can only entail the best of life’s offerings: sleeping in until 2 pm, followed by 3 hours of Netflix (and two bowls of cereal), and ignoring all other obligations to sleep some more.

My oh my, what a week I’ve had. It’s currently pouring, pouring, pouring here in Savannah, and I’m cooped up with my cough-ridden body, avoiding productivity at all costs, and falling victim to procrastination.
It’s a four-day weekend here at the Savannah College of Art and Design…. and as always, the sun is shining, the art kids are art-ing, and I am here drowning in gauche paints and charcoal sticks (for those of you who don’t know, gauche a sort of fancy-shcmancy paint that costs like $15 per tiny tube).
